All of the new tools and techniques don’t matter unless you have the right people in place. Dr. Neil Cornell is highly trained in dentistry, having received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University. He also attended a general residency (focused on oral surgery) in a VA hospital, which trained him on many different treatments. He continues to study new treatments with colleagues in a Spear group. Dr. Cornell picked his staff for their combination of training, ability, and people skills.
